• Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
• You will get a full refund, depending on our terms and conditions. Refunds will be made after deducting the courier costs. Refunds won't be applicable for self-shipped products if they are lost in transit.
• To be eligible for returns, the product should be unused and in original packaging. The product price tags should be intact, with the original packaging/boxes in which the product(s) was/were delivered. Returns are eligible for wrong products received/products not matching with the images and descriptions mentioned on our website.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for exchange/return requests.
• Orders placed using gift vouchers are not eligible for exchange/returns.
• Customized products including size alterations or products bought with fall and edging are not eligible for returns/exchange.
• Products such as home utility and decor items, jewelries, palazzos and leggings are not eligible for returns/exchange.
• The decision of the Kunbi team will remain final for exchange and return requests.
All of our products are handcrafted by our artisans, who maintain their own traditional handicraft practices. Hence, all of our products are unique and different from each other.
Hence, any irregular weave, pattern or design shouldn't be considered as a defect; as the handmade products do not have the uniformity and similarity of machine made products.
The products may appear slightly different in colour as they are clicked in natural daylight.
